Andrew Nagode is an Associate specializing in insurance coverage monitoring and litigation. He has worked on a variety of coverage matters involving transportation, intellectual property, and media claims under Cyber, Professional Liability, and General Liability policies. As a graduate of Notre Dame Law School, Andrew adds to TittmannWeix’s team of top-tier legal talent. Andrew is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and provides counsel to clients in jurisdictions across the country. He is part of TittmannWeix’s Southeast Practice Group and
further extends the firm’s geographical reach.

While in law school, Andrew interned for two federal district court judges and a Commissioner at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Andrew provided pro-bono legal services for religious nonprofits and assisted in processing expungement petitions for residents in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Before law school, Andrew worked at a large multinational law firm and was a nationally-recognized figure skater who competed in the U.S. Figure Skating Championships.
