Last week, TW’s Louisa Weix, Judy Selby, Evan Dunatov, and Anna Tripier — had the pleasure of attending the Zywave Cyber Risk Insights Conference in New York City! Always an industry favorite event and this year was no exception.

Louisa participated on “The Promises and Perils of AI” panel led by John Farley with Christopher Seusing, Kevin C., and Michelle Worrall Tilton. Each of the panelists has firsthand experience working on AI claims, risks, or policy wordings making the discussion especially authoritative and insightful. The session covered a lot of ground including:

✅ real-world examples of the types of claims coming in and how theyare being litigated,

✅ how existing policy wordings are responding to claims and the new wordings being released and developed to address AI risks,

✅ the evolving regulatory landscape and how to navigate the disparate approaches being taken by regulators, and

✅ concluding with advice on how companies can prepare for the future.
