Carolina A. Jordan is anAssociate at TittmannWeix whose practice focuses on insurance coverage and monitoring across a wide variety of policy types.

She has represented insurers and reinsurers in the London and U.S. markets and has experience with professional liability matters involving various healthcare professionals and institutions, as well as general liability claims. Carolina assists in managing claims under primary and excess policies and reinsurance contracts from initial assessment through resolution. Her work includes analyzing coverage issues, evaluating underlying exposure, conducting claim audits to support underwriting decisions, and serving as monitoring counsel throughout litigation.

During law school, Carolina served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Society and on the Dean’s Advisory Council for Diversity and Inclusion. She is admitted to practice law in the District ofColumbia and New York and is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work,Carolina enjoys traveling, cooking, skiing and playing tennis.
