Tracey helps clients navigate a wide range of complex and high-exposure coverage matters involving cyber, tech E&O, professional liability, D&O,A&E, CGL, and first-party property policies, among others. She routinely counsels clients on pre-litigation issues such as claims investigation and handling, policy interpretation, and defense and indemnity obligations, and monitors claims nationwide. Tracey also has significant coverage litigation experience, including conducting depositions, leading arbitrations, and drafting pleadings and motions at all stages of litigation, and has worked on matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts across the country.
Before joining the firm, Tracey practiced at several prominent insurance and litigation firms, including Kennedys in Philadelphia, where she handled complex coverage and liability matters for domestic and international insurers. She has represented a D&O insurer in Delaware state court coverage litigation involving three towers of insurance arising from a$90 million settlement of a merger-objection lawsuit. While in law school, she served on the Temple Law Review, was a teaching assistant for the Moot CourtCompetition Team and two legal research and writing courses, and interned for two judges of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
