Shevani Jaisingh counsels insurers on complex coverage issues in New Jersey, New York, and across the country. She acts as coverage counsel under an array of policy types, with a focus on commercial general liability and cyber. Where disputes arise and cannot be resolved, Shevani manages coverage litigation. She has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Tittmann Weix, Shevani was an attorney at Clyde & Co, where she advised insurer clients on coverage issues with respect to a variety of potentially large loss first- and third-party claims, including under commercial general liability and Bermuda form policies. She was part of a team that served as national coverage counsel for opioid-related matters.

Recently, Shevani achieved a favorable result for Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s as the second chair of a reinsurance arbitration.
